HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Vale Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 594 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
