HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Granite Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
