HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ashton Inspection Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
