HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Austin area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
