HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
