HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Juniper Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Spokane region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
