HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Birch Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
