HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Harbor Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
