HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
