HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Quarry Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
