HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind Lantern Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
