Northwind Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
