HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
