HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
