HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
