HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group is a facilities company in Las Vegas with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
