HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind Nest Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 611 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
