HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Anchorage serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
