HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Field Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Families are partners. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
