HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Houston focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
