HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charleston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
