HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Field Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Seattle plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 991 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
