HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Granite Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Atlanta region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 780 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
