HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Tucson, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
