HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Bridge Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 209 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
