HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Fox Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
