HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Rowan Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
