HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pike Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 399 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
