HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 762 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
