HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
