HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Linden Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
