HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
