HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook River Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
