HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Meridian Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
