HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Willow Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
