HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
