HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Wren Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
