HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Timber Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
