HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
