HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 545 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
