HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar North Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
