HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Ridge Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
