HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
