HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Loom Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
