HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
