HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Maple Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
