HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 325 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
