HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
