HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Pine Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Dallas area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
