HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
